Job Responsibilities
. Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. . Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. . Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters. . Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions. . Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction. . Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. . Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and cost control. . Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation. . Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with relevant stakeholders. . Support project managers in the successful delivery of construction projects.
