Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction)
6 days work (Flexible/WFH)
East Region (10 min walk from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager/Director in setting project goals, procedures, and performance standards according to company policies.
- Prepare construction progress updates, monitor manpower and equipment requirements, and manage testing activities to track project performance.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and project records, and provide regular updates to the Project Director on progress, plans, and any issues affecting cost or timeline.
- Coordinate construction schedule updates with supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality control, quality assurance, and project standards.
