Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- Manage the full project lifecycle of solar PV and hybrid energy projects
- Coordinate engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Oversee procurement and ensure correct equipment selection (modules, inverters, BOS, and BESS)
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Support site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve engineering challenges
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and handover packs
- Assist with performance optimization and post-installation support
Minimum Requirements:
- BEng / BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
