Project engineer sr (ocoyoacac)

Sr. Project Engineer Qualifications Mechanical, electrical, civil, electronic, industrial or similar engineer, preferably in Administration, Projects, etc. Knowledge of industrial sanitation processes. Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning, execution, development and control of improvement and investment projects. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations on safety, hygiene, health, food safety, ergonomics, etc. standards (GMPs, HACCP and SQF) in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of packaging, pasteurization, homogenization, baking and auxiliary plant services (refrigeration, electrical systems, compressed air, water, air handling, HVAC). Advanced level English. Experience in supervising and managing personnel and contractors.
