Job Description
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned project segments ensuring adherence to program timelines.
- Develop and implement recovery and acceleration plans to maintain progress within budget constraints.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including subcontractors and MEP teams to ensure seamless workflow integration and prevent delays.
- Drive waste reduction across labor, materials, equipment, and processes with a strong focus on eliminating rework through first-time quality.
- Enforce strict compliance with company safety standards, maintaining zero tolerance for unsafe practices, and conduct regular safety training for supervisors and workers.
