**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and manage complex engineering projects ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project objectives
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ 3+ years of experience managing engineering projects or related roles
+ Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
+ Technical proficiency in relevant engineering disciplines and ability to solve complex technical challenges
