Job Description
Purpose
- Support the operations and client service teams by managing research projects for the Business Unit.
- Act as a project executive for commissioned projects, ensuring adherence to agreed requirements and timelines.
- Continuously improve project management skills.
Outputs / Accountability
- Schedule, set up, and ensure completion of all project phases (planning, research design, questionnaire design, field execution, data analysis, reporting, cost analysis).
- Prepare detailed project plans and negotiate estimates while maintaining target margin.
- Coordinate with field and data processing teams for project briefing and monitoring.
- Deliver multiple proposals and presentations on schedule.
- Conduct formal budget performance and financial reviews of projects.
