60-70 hour work weeks - 3-4 weeks on the road, one week off work
$32 – $37 /hour
Lennox AES has immediate positions available for experienced Commercial HVAC Crew Leaders . Crew Leaders travel nationally and work under the supervision of our Project Management Team typically leading teams of 4 to 6 members. Foremen and their teams will have the opportunity to work significant overtime hours as projects permit, typically our teams work 1,000+ overtime hours per year. Foremen and team members also receive industry leading per diem rates while traveling for work.
