JOB DETAILS

Day-to-day management of 5-6 ongoing projects
Manage the project from start to the end

Create schedule for each project and ensure the project is completed as per the schedule

Plan and monitor project budget. Ensure project stays within budget

Collaborate with different departments, site teams, contractors etc. as needed to complete project

Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors

Ensure that our quality and safety standards are maintained on site

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Track inventory regularly

Prepare periodic internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Manage equipment and materials

Manage risks
