• Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional recruitment and engagement projects aligned with institutional strategy and portfolio priorities
• Apply strong project management, data analysis, and evidence-based insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
• Full time ongoing position located in either Hobart, Launceston or Burnie
