Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Leader – Architect to join our client’s team in the Construction Industry. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
 
  Responsibilities 
 Meeting deadlines
 Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly
 Managing consultants appointments and performances
 Managing contractors appointments and performances
 complying with all processes and protocols
 Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC
 Reviews of invoices
 Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters
 Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed
