Job Description
Responsibilities Coordinate logistics and transportation activities for project materials and equipment.
Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics status updates.
Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites, warehouses, or operational locations.
Track shipment movement and provide logistics status reporting.
Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and transportation challenges.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping regulations, and project requirements.
Maintain logistics records, shipping documentation, and inventory tracking reports. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
