THE ROLE
As the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Business Initiatives you will:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Spearhead the successful strategy, planning and delivery of large scale multi-disciplinary projects that directly contribute to our corporate growth initiatives 
Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and support with developing the necessary capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
