Job Description
Job Overview:
Provide project monitoring, cross-functional coordination, documentation management, and execution support to ensure operational initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently, and within established timelines. This role will specifically designated for the Customer Service Department.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably from Industrial Engineering/Pharmacy/Natural Science/Business Management, or a related field.
- Having experience in Customer Service Operations, CRM Operations, Project Management, or Operational Support is preferred
- Familiar with CRM systems, especially ticketing/customer support platforms (Zendesk is preferred)
- Good understanding of customer service operational flow and escalation handling
- Able to manage reporting, documentation, and project tracking properly
