**Job Description**

**・Technical Support業務：Field Engineerから上がってくるトラブル事例のまとめ及び開発元（ドイツ）への報告。開発元から発信される情報を国内チームへ発信。製品保守用パーツ管理等。**
**・Project Management業務：Sales Teamからの質問や見積り手配、図面手配（場合によって作図）、国内承認処理。Marketing Teamと協業し、適切な国内在庫の把握及び発注管理。**
