Responsibilities- Overall implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled time, cost, and meeting client quality requirements and contractual terms.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with clients/representatives and consultants.
- Provide professional advice/technical solutions to clients and consultants when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety & health standards, quality standards, and relevant governing codes.
- Study construction drawing details and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical or site issues.
- Monitor and coordinate site activities involving subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Perform other ad‑hoc assignments as required.
