Project Manager & Analyst — Mid-Level (Remote, South America) Full Time Contract

ABOUT THE ROLE Medcase is a global staffing platform that connects healthcare professionals with medical AI projects for some of the world’s leading health AI organizations. As a Project Manager & Analyst, you will own project execution across our operations — translating data into decisions, managing cross-functional workflows, and keeping clients and leadership aligned in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones. We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, or management consulting — not a senior or director-level profile. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow within a fast-moving healthtech environment, take real ownership from day one, and contribute directly to operational execution and cross-functional coordination.
