Ten16 Creative – Mid‑Level Project Manager (Brazil)
Ten16 Creative is a creative partner for technology‑driven companies, turning complex products into market‑ready brand, campaign, design, web, video, and motion experiences. You will be a remote contractor, ensuring creative work proceeds smoothly across multiple disciplines.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver creative projects from kickoff to final delivery.
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, producers, writers, motion teams, developers, and clients to define scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Document and communicate milestones, deliverables, meetings, and reviews; maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Track tasks, follow up on open items, prepare meeting agendas, and record decisions.
- Maintain project management tools, shared folders, boards, calendars, and production documents.
