Project Manager – Process Improvement
Location: South Brisbane or Melbourne | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
About the Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager role sitting within a PMO service function, supporting a portfolio of operational, supply chain, and process improvement initiatives across a multisite manufacturing environment. Projects span multiple lifecycle stages, from initiation and business case development through to delivery, commissioning, and post-implementation value realisation.
You will work within an established PMO alongside other Project Managers, a Project Advisor, and the Head of PMO. The environment is fast-paced, operationally driven, and highly cross-functional, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence senior leaders.
