The AIR program is the first robotics deployment in the service operations: autonomous depot inspection robots that replace repetitive visual checks, improve traceability, and reduce missed defects. It is already funded and running, with trial sites in Bangkok and Singapore.

• Managing AIR program budget dashboard, tracking costs and forecasts, overruns, and flagging issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Executing RACI, decision/action tracking.
