Project Manager - Capital Renewal (Edmonton)

Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of capital renewal and asset management projects across a large housing portfolio. The role involves developing annual asset management plans, assessing building conditions, prioritizing deferred maintenance work across 100+ properties, analyzing portfolio data, determining funding allocations, and managing multiple projects simultaneously (often 15–20+ at a time) across various ownership groups. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, government partners, and funding bodies (municipal, provincial, and federal) to secure and manage grants, develop scopes of work, lead public procurement processes (RFPs/tenders), manage contracts, and coordinate consultants and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
