1. Project planning - Create detailed project plans and realistic timelines.
2. Team leadership - Assemble and manage skilled teams of roofers and carpenters to ensure projects run smoothly.
3. Resource management - Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources efficiently.
4. Quality control - Oversee projects to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained.
5. Client relations - Maintain strong client relationships.
6. Health & Safety - Uphold health and safety on sites.
7. Managing multiple construction sites hands-on.
