Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project including coordinating all activities with main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Plan, supervise, execute and follow up on all projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and within project budget.
- Monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal and safety compliances till completion of projects.
- Liaise and communicate with Quantity Surveyors as well as drafter for project material submissions and ensure they are approved before issuing material requisition.
- Submit all site progression reports to the Quantity Surveyor as well as handling main contractors / authorities paperwork requirements.
- Allocate manpower effectively for each individual project on a weekly basis, maximising the productivity of all the workers at site.
- Plan forecast and work process for all projects, to ensure that cost is kept within budget set.
