Job Description
Enterprise Project Manager – Global IT
Start Date: ASAP, immediate joiners required.
Must Haves:
- Enterprise PM experience: 2–4+ years managing large, high‑risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments.
- Strong, assertive PM leadership: proactive “activist” PM who can drive projects forward, make tough decisions, and push back when needed.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), with flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments.
- Full lifecycle ownership: ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams across 3–4 concurrent projects.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management: confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
