• Plan and execute end-to-end project lifecycles for UAE Central Bank payment systems
• Engage with stakeholders including CBUAE, financial institutions, and technology partners

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
• Lead change management and communication across teams and vendors
