Strategic Planning: Capital projects aligned behind the business strategy. Resources and capabilities in place to deliver according to agreed strategic milestones
Project Management: Overall project management for all major projects from budgeting, planning, utilization of leading project management tools, implementation of globally best known engineering designs and solutions, timely execution, resource management, and communication.
Project Delivery: Projects executed according to agreed plans and to Ingredion standards. Provide technical process, project expertise, and consultation to engineering activities, supporting completion of major capital projects
Resource & Budget Management: Responsible for CAPEX Goal and engineering resources; and subsequently delivering according to Goal to meet the business plan.
