• Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations.

• Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements.

• Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress.

• Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively.

• Arrange mock‑ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations.

• Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants.

• Possess an Architectural, Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or other construction and engineering related degree.
