Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC System Management: Direct the HVAC team, overseeing installation and commissioning to ensure systems meet performance, energy efficiency, and quality benchmarks.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Manage the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and contract terms.
• On-Site Management: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, clients, consultants, and the building operations team, providing regular progress reports and facilitating effective communication.
