Job Description

Mission.
Reinforce and support business project managers within the Compliance AML program by structuring and professionalizing project management practices.

Act as an interface between business project managers and the program manager ensuring coordination alignment and smooth execution across multiple Regulatory/AML initiatives.

Lead and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements including AML related regulations and risk and regulatory reporting obligations.

Provide strong organization structuring and planning across parallel projects including KYT-KYC-AML data reporting.

Establish and drive project governance including planning execution monitoring risk management and issue anticipation.

Introduce a proactive project management approach anticipating bottlenecks dependencies and delivery risks.
