Job Description
- Delivering business/Market share in collaboration with Zonal Sales teams for the year/quarter/month
- Salary+Sales Commission+Yearly Bonus
- Plan building blocks of business to deliver business in collaboration with Zonal Sales leadership.
- Devising, Monitoring and Reviewing all Channel Marketing activities that are channel /category/ SKU specific. All activities to be planned in sync with sales team & as guided by the Head of Channel Marketing
- Design Trade marketing Trade schemes / promotions for all BU to gain market shares / share in trade with positive ROIs.
- Ensure Tracking & Validation of competitors pricing in the geography and provide appropriate inputs | Set up a panel of stores for tracking & design automated solutions on the same.
