Job Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BPO projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to establish clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance through metrics and reports, proactively addressing risks and implementing solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the BPO industry, with strong knowledge of outsourcing processes and operations.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage, along with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
