ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects in the electrical, protection, automation, and energy sectors. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership — managing multidisciplinary teams, driving commercial performance, and ensuring every project meets scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery

Define project scope, milestones, and success KPIs aligned with business and client objectives. Build and manage detailed project plans: WBS, schedule, budget, and risk matrix. Lead quality gates, change control, and lessons-learned processes. Ensure compliance with PM methodologies ( , PMI, IPMA, or equivalent).
