Job Description

The Project Manager ensures on-time delivery of products to finished goods as scheduled by Advanced Energy’s committed shipment date, improves Advanced Energy’s ability to meet customer delivery requirements by understanding Plasma Power capacity, identifying constraints, risks, and actively reducing lead times (availability), and minimizes Advanced Energy’s investment in raw and finished material inventory where appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead NPD projects and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing Global Service and Quality.

  • Manage schedules, risks, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure on-time performance and product readiness.

  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface for NPD program updates.

  • Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure material availability and factory build readiness.
