Job Description

Being a supporting member of the Leadership Team for CAN (group of business units), reporting directly to the Contracts Director, specifically liaising with staff regarding all aspects of contract, commercial and project management in the delivery of projects.
In particular, by managing the contractual risks imposed by Clients on specialist construction projects. Also, the effective assessment of pre-qualification submissions and tenders for larger and higher risk projects, and in reviewing and agreeing the contractual terms agreed by CAN with their Clients.
You will also provide commercial guidance and support to the CAN senior leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the implementation of contract works in a safe manner, in accordance with company-wide and project-specific health, safety and environmental documentation.
