Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive the end‑to‑end audit remediation project plan for I09113, including workstream tracking, milestone management, and deadline accountability across all delivery teams
  • Coordinate across 30+ IE patching teams, Internal Audit, ORM, RACA, and CIO‑level leadership to ensure remediation activities are on track and audit‑exam‑ready
  • Ensure all required artifacts (15–20 per patching team) are defined, assigned, produced, reviewed, and stored to the Patching Standard on schedule
  • Plan and execute the formal handover of all remediation activities and ongoing governance responsibilities to the PCoE — including documentation of processes, ownership transfers, and knowledge transition
  • Develop and maintain executive‑level project status reporting for TOG/PTOG, CIO leadership, and audit stakeholders — translating programme complexity into clear, accurate updates
