Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) initiatives. This role requires a strong project delivery professional with expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams across HR, Payroll, and WFM initiatives.
• Maintain and manage RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are proactively tracked and addressed.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support project governance, reporting, and communication with key stakeholders.
