Job Description
HVAC Project ManagerAbout the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, commercial awareness, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution- Manage complete HVAC project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, resource deployment plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and internal departments.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
