Coordinate tasks and build strong relationships among departments, consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers, focusing on negotiation, motivation and stakeholder expectation management.
Monitor unit costs, compare daily site progress with project estimates and review elements impacting construction risk, cost and cash flow to achieve profit targets.
Integrate diverse functions to drive process improvement and cost optimization.
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, take corrective actions and provide regular project status updates.
