Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the full NPI lifecycle — from Product Feasibility Review (PFR) and Design Transfer through EVT, DVT, PVT and Mass Production (MP) ramp — for PCBA and electronic assemblies.
- Develop, own and track project schedules, milestones, risk registers and resource plans; ensure on-time delivery across all NPI phases.
- Chair cross‑functional NPI review meetings with customers, PE, QE, supply chain and production; expedite and resolve blockers in a timely manner.
- Maintain NPI KPIs including first‑pass yield (FPY), cycle‑time, on‑time‑to‑market (OTM) and NPI cost‑to‑plan.
- Lead DFM and DFT (Design‑for‑Test) reviews for new PCBAs; provide structured feedback to customers on layout, component selection, soldering, test‑point accessibility and reliability risks.
