Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS).
- Project Management & Execution:
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptualization and design to installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) for Smart Classrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Auditoriums.
- Develop detailed project plans, scopes of work, schedule and budget estimates based on project requirements.
- Engagement with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors and system integrators to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress and activities and identify risks or delays early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
