This role leads multiple luxury residential construction projects, including brownstones, townhomes, and full gut renovations, from initial planning through final completion. The Project Manager develops and controls budgets and schedules, coordinates closely with clients and design teams, and ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional quality standard.
