Project Manager MEP - Industrial and Data Center Construction Projects, Mexico (Santiago)

The mechanical electrical and plumbing coordinator is responsible for analyzing electromechanical and special installations, verifying that they meet the technical specifications of the project, Mexican legislation norms, and for elaborating, controlling reports and monitoring the qualification of contractor craftsmen and recommending actions for improvement.

The MEP works with responsibilities corresponding to the pipe/mechanical disciplines and involves direct day‑to‑day monitoring of the work site.

• Capacity for analyzing and evaluating construction drawings, technical specifications, and scope of works on site, comparing the project against Mexican standards (or international standards) and client standards.
