Job Description
The Project Manager, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) will manage the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages across several stations including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Plumbing (sanitary, water distribution) Drainage System, low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding & bonding and fire alarm systems.
The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $195,000 CAD, plus additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage MEP works for several stations, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of MEP systems.
