Project Manager - Merger Integrations

Overview

Our Operations team is expanding and seeking a Project Manager - Merger Integrations who will be responsible for evaluating M&A pipeline and end-to-end project management of merger and acquisition integrations within Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS). The role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across complex, cross-functional integration efforts, ensuring alignment and delivery against business and integration objectives. This position reports to the Integration Program Leader. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with divisional and functional leaders across Gallagher Benefit Services, including IT, HR, Finance, and other key areas. This is a hybrid role with flexible work encouraged, based out of Gallagher’s global headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL, ideally 2-3 days per week.
