Project Manager (M/F) will report directly to the Founder / Managing Partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, operations, and post-event review Manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and procurement processes Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth communication Liaise with international partners, local authorities, and suppliers Oversee logistics, safety, compliance, and operational workflows Produce progress reports, schedules, and documentation for management Ensure the event meets all required standards and deadlines Support recruitment and management of local operational teams Oversee on-site operations during the event LOCATION Johannesburg, South Africa KEY REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of project management or event management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholders Experience in large-scale events, sports, construction, or opera...
