- Manage a large-scale ERP migration project for group company (9 companies)
- · Project value: 27.0 M THB
- · Duration: 1.5 years
- Responsibilities include:
- · Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- · Manage progress: plan vs. actual
- · Coordinate resources among our IS team, external development vendors, and users
- · Maintain strong relationships with users
- · Make project decisions and provide directions on behalf of the supervisor
- · Identify potential risks and propose cost-reduction strategies
- ·Visit Affiliated company to make sure the implement process are running smooth (Comapny car and driver provided) - Long-Term
- · Initially, focus solely on managing the ERP migration project.
- · After project completion:
- Manage the IS(Information Systems) application team under the direction of IS GM (Thai).
