Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of OpenText Exstream-based CCM programs (implementation, migration, upgrade, and modernization)
Manage end-to-end CCM lifecycle: requirements, template design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Drive forms/template migration and rationalization initiatives across legacy platforms (Documaker, SmartComm, AEM Forms, etc.)
Manage onsite-offshore teams including Exstream developers, architects, QA, and business analysts
