Job Description

Essential Functions
Ensure the successful completion of all grant-funded activities in accordance with Health Resources Services Administrations guidelines.
Assist with quarterly and final reports in a timely manner to meet grant compliance requirements.
Maintain ongoing, meaningful outcomes assessment related to all grant-funded initiatives.
Supervise the Nurse Practitioners and Community Health Administration Coordinator directly.
Manage vendor contracts, payments, and the implementation of contracted services.
Oversee day-to-day needs related to the coordination and execution of grant project activities.
Collaborate with the project evaluator to support quarterly data collection and reporting processes for annual reports.
Clinic Operations
Manage and support all aspects of daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient, effective, and patient-centered service delivery.
