Project Manager Off-Site Constructed (OSC) Overview :

Manage all aspects of Off Site Constructed (OSC) Mechanical Equipment projects (including Central Utility plants, Mechanical equipment Rooms, Modular Data Centers, and Custom Air Handling units) from initial design phases through installation, start-up and final completion. Manage development of design, specifications and drawings.

Must exercise considerable independent judgment and initiative in performing assigned duties. Must exercise tact and courtesy in contacts with vendors, contractors, customers and others. Stay abreast of all relevant construction and building codes, standards and regulations. Provide expert guidance on manufacturing project provide cost forecasting for all assigned projects.
