The Project Manager will support Senior Project Managers and Directors by helping deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, along with design oversight to ensure alignment with lease commitments, operational requirements, and cost controls.
This position will also manage project budgets and schedules using tools like Yardi and Procore, proactively tracking risks and exposures. The Project Manager will support the full project lifecyclefrom design and construction through commissioning and tenant coordinationwhile maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
